Every day I use my strategic thinking, relationship building and marketing skills to get deals done.
When I’m not working, I’m either instagramming the behind-the-scenes of homeownership, playing with our quirky dog, Nugget, or roaming the streets in search of Toronto’s cutest cafes and plant shops.
I love this city, I love my home and I can’t wait for you to love yours, too.

Hey, I’m Joel.
With a decade of experience in the construction world, I’ve overseen some amazing projects in Toronto’s most inspiring locations, yet I still get excited any time there’s a new build.
I’m not just a certified REALTOR®, I’m also a homeowner who’s transacted in real estate for the past ten years. I’ll crunch the numbers, leverage my negotiation skills, and work to get you the best deal possible.
Outside of real estate, I love playing guitar, landscaping the backyard and waking up early on Sundays to catch the F1 and MotoGP races.
